Since forming Held Lloyd eighteen years ago, she has established both a national and international reputation as a caring, earnest professional who takes great pride in nurturing the careers of her applicants while diligently working towards finding the optimum solutions to her clients' recruitment needs. ADAM LLOYD has over fifteen years in creative recruitment, establishing contacts with many of the most creative shops and forward-thinking brand and image-building organizations in the industry. A writer by trade with an MFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, he is as adept at refining his candidates' portfolios as he is in shaping and clarifying their career directions. Kimberly Johnson brings twelve years of senior account management experience to her handling of the Account/Marketing desk. With her background, she has an intricate, first-hand knowledge of the diverse staffing needs of both agency and client companies. As a former advertising professional herself, she brings a special sensitivity and empathy to her applicants as she helps guide them through the next stage of their career development. Stephenie Trepess has an uncanny knack for spotting undiscovered creative talent and getting them their first big break. A photography major out of the prestigious Savannah College of Art & Design, Stephenie's trained eye and lifelong passion for both the graphic and electronic arts make her an invaluable asset to the Held & Lloyd team. We attentively focus on the job specs and then leverage our vast network of contacts when considering not only the creative credentials of a given candidate, but the character, employment history, potential and leadership qualities of each individual being considered.
