Working closely with our client, we develop a detailed description of the position to be filled, including experience requirements, qualifications, and personal style. We review the framework of the compensation and benefits plans. In defining who may be the most qualified candidate we examine the reporting relationships and the strategic objectives of the job. The company culture is also analyzed to assure a good fit once the candidate is placed and becomes part of the team. At Held Lloyd, we are known for communicating a passion for our assignments. We project this excitement to candidates, which explains, in part, our success in attracting the best talent in the industry. Each week we interview applicants who have responded to Held Lloyd advertising or through word of mouth. During the interview we ascertain their strengths, skills and ambitions. This information is loaded onto our database for matching against current and future opportunities. WE WILL ONLY PUT FORWARD THE NAME OF A CANDIDATE TO A CLIENT WHEN THE CANDIDATE MATCHES THE QUALIFICATIONS THE CLIENT IS SEEKING. Each time a client contacts us with details of a new opportunity, it is written up, coded and matched against all our current applicants. The more information we have regarding the company, the opportunity and qualities required, the better the job we do in selecting a short list, then presenting to the correct candidates the benefits of the opportunity, maximizing savings in time & money. We are very happy to visit our clients. It helps us develop a clearer understanding of their requirements and provide better briefings to applicants selected for interview.
