Time Sheets
If you are a freelancer placed by Held Lloyd, it is very important that you return a time sheet to us at the beginning of each week After submitting your completed time sheet to your employer, please fax us at 212 765-5542 by Monday morning at 11am.

Save the form page on your hard drive for future reference. To do so go to File > Save As > and Choose HTML source in the dialogue box.
